General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kr77 platform ("Platform") and all associated services. When you create an account on kr77 or use the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.

2.1 Identity Verification

kr77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

kr77 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify kr77 support immediately.

Account Management

Each user is fully responsible for their own account. The following rules apply to account management on kr77:

• A person may hold only one active account.
• Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any changes to account information must be made through the support team.
• kr77 reserves the right to take specific action on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

3.1 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact us at the support email ([email protected]). Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on kr77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• The account used for the deposit and your kr77 account must be under the same person's name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.
• After a deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• kr77 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request on suspicion of fraud.

Bonuses & Promotions

kr77 offers its players various bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25x. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be used once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash — they are for gameplay use only.
• It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time.
• kr77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if misuse is detected.
• Bonuses may have a specific expiry period — please check the detailed terms of each offer.

5.3 VIP Program

kr77's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Through regular gameplay, you are automatically moved to a higher tier and receive additional benefits. Weekly cashback applies to each tier.

Gaming Policy

All games available on kr77 are operated with guaranteed fairness. We work with trusted game providers to ensure fair play.

6.1 Gaming Responsibility

• During gameplay, all outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• There is no way to predetermine or alter the outcome of any game.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a server disconnection, the game outcome will be determined according to server records.

6.2 Betting Limits

kr77 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and events. These limits are displayed in the game interface. kr77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kr77 platform and violating them may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding or conspiring for the purpose of exploiting the bonus system.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain a gaming advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to kr77's systems or software.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Behaving in an inappropriate or harmful manner toward other players.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, kr77 reserves the right to conduct an investigation, suspend or terminate the account, and notify law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kr77 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other elements — is intellectual property owned by kr77.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from kr77 is prohibited.
• All intellectual property belonging to third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, and Spribe) remains under their respective ownership.
• kr77 grants a limited, revocable license for personal and non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

kr77 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Disruption to gameplay due to problems with your device or network.
• Losses caused by service disruptions from approved third-party providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, if caused by your own negligence.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
